To keep up to date with government laws and comply with british regulations Aaran Glass offer a bespoke service to schools offering a complete site survey to insepct windows and doors and a written glazing report.
Each glazing survey is tailored to your individual requirements.
What is a glazing survey?
- Initial cost: A cost is given tailored to your needs and what would be involved in the report, i.e checking that glass is safety glass, or checking windows are operational.
- Date / time: Aaran Glass would then arrange a date/ time for one of our trusted and experienced glass to do a full site survey of all windows and doors.
- Report: A site report is then typed up and emailed to you for your records detailing what has been measured.
- Quote: A no obligation quote would also be attached with the report for any windows/ doors that require some attention which could be booked in at a later date should you require our services.

High-level Glass Replacements FAQS
My window has a crack, but I live in a flat on the 5th floor, and the lift is very small so I don’t know if it is possible, would this be a problem?
No problem; as a starting point we would ask you to send us some photos and rough sizes so we can see how the window is glazed. We could then arrange a site survey to come around and have a proper look and assess access. Rest assured, if there is no lift, there are other ways of getting the glass where it needs to be!
I have a client who lives in a high-level apartment in Central London on a very busy street. How could you help?
We specialise in high-level glass replacement in London and surrounding areas. Works can be carried out out of hours when the roads are quieter. We would do a site survey and then provide a written estimate detailing how we would propose to reglaze the window safely. Be it scaffolding or a crane, we would survey to decide the safest and most effective way to carry out the intended work.
