Dear Paul
I am writing to express our thanks for the help and service Aaran Glass
has given us.
Recently, our home was subjected to some frightening anti-social
behaviour, with a window being broken. The following morning we were
anxious to have it mended as quickly as possible. I looked in Yellow
Pages and rang Aaran Glass. Your reaction was just what we needed –
reassuring, no problem, and yes, you could be there very soon…and this
is what you delivered. The gentleman who came was friendly and
efficient, clearing up all the broken glass for us.
To have something like this happen to your home is quite a frightening
experience and I must say that when I called, we were still feeling
shaken. We were very grateful to you all not just for mending the window
so quickly but also for the calm and sensitive way you handled our
enquiry.
I very much hope that we shall not have to call on you too much!! But if
ever we have a similar need, we shall call Aaran Glass straight away.
